Remember those great days of summer when you were a kid. Well those great days are still here and even better with the great junior golf programs available at our Everett City Golf Courses!

The Joe Richer Junior Golf Club returns with several after school events in June and then as a weekly program starting on June 23rd and 24th. This program is entering it’s 11th season and open to junior golfers age 8 – 18. Named in honor of legendary Everett high school coach, Joe Richer, it is partially funded through a memorial foundation to help ensure that any Everett junior golfer that wants to play golf gets the opportunity, despite any financial need. The program runs monthly April through October and weekly while school is out in the summer. The club is divided into two distinct groups, The Players Club and Players in Training.

The Players Club for intermediate to advanced players and consists of fun and competitive events on the 18 hole golf course and one hour instructional clinics to tune their playing skills in a fun social atmosphere. A great opportunity to meet and play in organized golf events with other area junior golfers while improving their golf games.
Everyone in the Players Club will want to participate in the first event, “The Greater Snohomish County Junior Championship. It is flighted by level of play and experience from intermediate levels playing just for fun to some of the best junior golfers in the area looking for a competitive challenge.

Players in Training for new to intermediate level golfers and consists of one hour instructional clinics and play on our practice area three hole par 3 courses. The goal of the Players in Training is to build some solid basic skills and golf knowledge to prepare the golfer to move up into The Players Club.

The membership cost is only $30 and includes a USGA GHIN handicap and all the instruction. Players Club golf fees on play days are only $10 per round and 3 month weekday junior passes are also available for only $125. If finances are a problem, The Joe Richer Foundation also offers scholarships where need is met.

3 Days of Golfing Fun for Junior Golfers -
The Premier Junior Golf Camp!

Premier Junior Golf Camps are run on a weekly basis throughout the summer. These camps are 3 days per week (Tue. – Thurs) with 6 hours of instruction each day including an opportunity to get out on the golf course and test what they have learned. Professional instruction, video swing analysis, short game, long game, rules and etiquette…it’s all there in our junior golf camps.

Our camps are great for someone looking to improve quickly with 3 straight days of concentrated instruction. The camps are only $189 or $159 if you are a Joe Richer club member or if multiple camps are booked. Lunch is included all 3 days.
