Dynamic Pricing

Dynamic Pricing may adjust the posted reference rates (shown below) according to demand. This is similar to airline and hotel pricing where prices are adjusted based on occupancy. A decrease in rates may occur when the demand for tee times are low and an increase in rates may occur when demand for tee times are high.

Weekday Greens Fee Rates

All Green Fees are subject to a $3.00 Golf Facility Improvement Fee, State & Local Sales Tax plus City Admissions Tax at the register.

(Seniors: age 60 & over)
(Junior: age 8 – 18) Juniors must be at least 8 years old to play the
golf course and 12 years old to play unaccompanied by an adult.
* *The golf professional staff may waive the junior age minimums
depending on junior ability and maturity.

Weekend & Holiday Greens Fee Rates

All Green Fee Rates are subject to a $3.00 Golf Facility Improvement Fee, State & Local Sales Tax, plus City Admissions Tax at the register.

**Available at this rate weekends after 12pm during peak season and 10am during off-peak season.

Frequent Play Greens Fee Rates

Frequent Play Passes are valid on weekdays only. Frequent Play Passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Frequent Play Passes are valid only for the course where they are purchased. Frequent Play Pass rounds are not transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Minimum age requirements for senior pass use of 60 years of age.
